What is IAPWM?
I am Pakistan Worldwide Movement (IAPWM) is founded in August 2018. The purpose of the movement is to create worldwide public awareness of the imminent water crisis facing Pakistan and the critical need for the construction of the ‘Diamer-Bhasha and Mohmand, dams’ in Pakistan.
Recognized globally, IAPWM is proud of its role in focusing the world’s attention on the water crisis in Pakistan. Led by IAPWM’s chairman, Dr. Tanveer H. Gill and the international team he has assembled, IAPWM’ is determined to motivate Pakistani’s at home and the diaspora overseas to fundraise sufficient funds globally to build the critically needed Dams in Pakistan.

IAPWM- is a non-political, non-religious, movement, which specifically condemns non-peaceful acts, organizations or causes. IAPWM’s Central Secretariat is based in Ottawa, Canada. As of the largest organization of volunteers worldwide dedicated to the water shortage crisis in Pakistan, its membership includes inter alia volunteers and organizers from Canada, the USA, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and Asia including Pakistan.
IAPWM’s working model starts with increasing awareness to the crisis, recruiting key organizers and then assembling volunteers to fundraise for the construction of the dams.
